Back at my old WordPress blog, I participated in the April A2Z challenge several times, but on this blog, I decided not to pressure myself with participation posts. Yet I signed up for the 2026 event because I was in the mood to write ~ I especially wanted to record some of my older “misty memories” before they faded away. Many of the posts mentioned my mother because she was (and still is) such an important part of my life. Always loved and never forgotten! I am happy with the results, even though the challenge ended up being more work than I anticipated at the start due to all the visits and comments, which I absolutely appreciate! It was nice to have an audience again, although my stats are dropping rapidly now. Wait! Come back! I have other things to say!
